3) Third-Party Services & SDKs
We may use trusted providers to run the App and Site, for example:
- Analytics / Crash Reporting: Apple, Google, or similar tools for anonymous usage and crash diagnostics
- Cloud Storage / Import: Google Drive (for importing CSVs you own) (only if used)
- Hosting & Infrastructure: Web hosting, content delivery networks
These providers process data on our behalf under contracts with appropriate safeguards. Links to their policies are available in-app or upon request.
4) Data Storage & Retention
- App data you create (e.g., rosters, settings) is stored on your device and/or your chosen cloud account where applicable.
- We retain minimal server logs needed for security and troubleshooting.
- We keep information only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Policy or as required by law.
- You may request deletion at any time (see Section 9).
5) Your Choices & Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to:
- Access, correct, or delete your information
- Object to or restrict certain processing
- Port your data
- Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent

6) International Transfers
If you use the App outside the country where our servers are located, your data may be processed in other countries that may have different data-protection laws. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards (e.g., contractual clauses).

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8) Children’s Privacy
Our App is not directed to children under 13 (or the relevant minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child provided personal information, contact us to delete it.
9) Data Deletion & Account Closure
You can:
- Delete in-app data directly from the App (where supported); and/or
- Email privacy@falcon83.com to request deletion of information we hold.
If your data is stored in your own cloud (e.g., Google Drive), you can delete it there at any time.
10) California & Other U.S. State Disclosures
We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
You may exercise rights to know, delete, and correct, and to limit certain uses of sensitive data by contacting privacy@falcon83.com. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
11) Legal Bases (EEA/UK/Similar Jurisdictions)
We process personal data on the following bases:
- Performance of a contract (to provide the App)
- Legitimate interests (e.g., improve the App, prevent fraud)
- Consent (where required; you may withdraw at any time)
